Lucie Brnková

How did you become involved with Brnoregion Microscopy?

Although my primary role isn’t in PR, I am part of the TESCAN marketing communication team, where I manage global events to promote our sophisticated solutions. The Brnoregion Microscopy community began in 2017 with the launch of Days of Electron Microscopy in Brno, an educational festival that has successfully raised awareness of the field among Brno residents and students.

What role do you play in the community?

I am currently a member of the PR and marketing working group, where we develop marketing strategies to promote our community. Our goal is to showcase Brno as a hub of unique manufacturers and a great place to study and live. Despite being competitors, we collaborate to achieve this common goal.

What benefits does it bring to you?

Being part of this community allows me to meet many interesting people and organize remarkable events both scientific and popularizing. We’ve hosted numerous esteemed international speakers in South Moravia, and our efforts have positively impacted our brand. Many people have become enthusiastic about TESCAN, with some even joining our team or enhancing their scientific workplaces with our insturments.

Do you have a message for the community?

I love your energy and am thrilled to be part of this team, though I wish I could dedicate more time to it.
Newcomers, don’t hesitate to join us and contribute to our exciting initiatives!
